Westat has experience in a wide range of infectious disease and immunology studies involving adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations.

Since 1987, Westat has supported several large government-sponsored networks conducting Phase 1 to 4 clinical trials and observational studies. Many of these studies were conducted under investigational new drug (INDs) applications and implemented in collaboration with representatives from pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors.
