WesTrax®— IVR/IWR Technology

WesTrax is Westat’s proprietary interactive voice response (IVR) and interactive web response (IWR) system. It provides the logistical support that is an important component of a clinical development program. It can be used for patient randomization and enrollment services, as well as clinical supply management.

The WesTrax system provides 24-hour tracking and support by staff coordinators, programmers, and clinical supply experts. Westat also provides administrative clinical logistics for site and specimen management.
